My diverse professional skillset as a camera and qualified drone operator in addition to my background as a sound engineer means I can bring a variety of expertise to a project. Combined with my experience and love of adventure, endurance and mountain sports, it allows me to offer end-to-end, high-quality productions within a single, lightweight, low-impact footprint. Camera and Drone Operating
I'm a fully qualified and insured drone pilot for flying in the UK (GVC and A2) and EU (A2). My experience as a camera operator helps me approach every flight with just as much a creative eye as technical one. I've worked on a variety of projects in these roles, from filming concerts, music videos and behind the scenes of recording sessions, to documentary capture, office space fly-throughs and roof surveys!
I started my career as a sound engineer in the music industry, recording in studios and on location, as well as post production work mixing and editing. Over time, I have also ended up working on projects in the TV, film and broadcast industries, including three years at Apple Music Radio. Today I find the knowledge I've learnt as a sound engineer invaluable on many of my filmmaking projects, be it stepping into sound recordist roles, or being able to act as a solo self-shooting DP. The joy of being a freelancer means I can still keep my ears and skills in on selected music projects!

In addition to my experience mixing and editing in music post production, my time working on podcasts (Tape Notes, Sunday with FIZZ) and at Apple Music Radio has developed my technical expertise for editing and processing speech. Combined with my music mixing ability, this gives me a strong know-how for working on the sound post production for film projects.
