Hi! I'm Katie,

a filmmaker, qualified drone pilot, and sound engineer, creating documentary, adventure, music and commercial films.

Based in London, UK, available for projects worldwide.

With a background in professional audio, I’ve worked as a recording engineer in music studios, on location, in TV, and broadcast, including three years as a studio engineer at Apple Music Radio. It was during this time that I was drawn back to my passion for film and photography. Filming everything from live concerts to intimate behind-the-scenes of recording sessions has taught me how to tell stories through both sound and image unobtrusively and flexibly.

I bring this fly-on-the-wall approach to documentary and commercial shoots, as well as promotional films for adventure touring. My diverse professional skillset as a fully licensed UK/EU drone pilot, videographer, and sound engineer, combined with my experience and love of endurance and mountain sports (recent adventures have included splitboarding in Kyrgyzstan and Norway, cycle touring from England to Turkey, and filming a roller skating adventure along the length of the Rhine!), allows me to offer complete, high-quality productions within a single, lightweight, low-impact footprint, adapting seamlessly around a team, guide or trip without interrupting the flow.
